Care for All Ministries (CFA) is a Non-profit organization based in Stara Zagora, Bulgaria. Its main focus could be described with two words - education and care. It was founded in 2002 by Dinko Zlatarov & the core team of leaders at the Bulgarian Theological College along with other ministers and volunteers.

CFA encompasses several different ministries, which could be grouped in 3 categories. The first, and utmost, one is education. The CFA educational initiatives are: the Bulgarian Theological College, ministerial courses for licensing/ ordination (MIP), computer courses, and practical ministerial seminars & workshops.

The second important category of ministry is the social area. CFA gave birth to two such initiatives: the Create-a-Smile Ministry, which provides needed assistance, care and medical attention to abandoned children living in institutions; and the Wholesome Life Ministry, whose team serves food and extends care and appreciation to elderly people.

The third important aspect of the CFA ministries is church related. The organization provides financial, ministerial & spiritual support to the Bishop of the Stara Zagora region of the Church of God and the local pastors. Also CFA gave birth to a Church Planting Ministry a few years ago, and currently there are 6 newly planted churches in villages surrounding the city of Stara Zagora. Last, but not least, there is an emphasis on missions and the CFA organization has been very active in the past several year in creating strong relations and providing support to missionaries in countries neighboring Bulgaria.
