Living and ministering here in Sofia – the Bulgarian Capital – presents us with daily opportunities to interact with an enormous world of target groups. Few days ago I got invited by the President of the Bulgarian Christian Student Union to speak to Students on Marriage Vs. Cohabitation.
As you already know Cohabiting has become a natural choice to more and more people disregarding the one of living together in a biblical accepted form – Marriage. This is why I took that chance to speak and interact with this very interesting audience – young people from around various countries living and studying in the capital. Some of them were Bulgarians, others foreigners, some Christian, others just friends brought by.
After my presentation we moved into a time for discussions and interaction with the young audience and I was nicely surprised to find out that those young hearts are full of interesting comments, stories and questions. After the meetings was over I took off to go back home- full of questions to myself – how are we as a church going to help this present generation. Do we do all we can – to give them a meaningful example to choice the Marriage over any other way this world offers.
